Gender Equality and Quality of Life

The conference took place in Warsaw on the 19th April 2016 at the Batory Foundation's conefercne venue. The conference was opened by the Ambassador of the Kingdom fo Norway Karsten Klepsvik  and Agnieszka Kozłowska-Rajewicz, Polish European MP.

Ewa Krzaklewska presented the genderal model of the gender equality and quality of life, elaborated by the GEQ reserch team lead by prof. Krystyna Slany. It was followed by presentations on specific areas of gender equality - family life (Anna Ratecka), violence (dr Barbara Woźniak), work (dr Marta Warat and dr Trine Korsvik), health (prof. Beata Tobiasz-Adamczyk). 

In the second part of the conference dr hab. Beata Kowalska lead a discussion between prof. Oystein Holter, dr Elżbieta Korolczuk, dr Agnieszka Rymsza and Giovanna Lauro.
